From the Venus and Mars files

Tiffany and I just had the following conversation:

T: "I'm going to iron the shower curtain."
C: "For the love of God, why?"
T: "I've run it through the washer and dryer, and it still has the folds from the package."
C: "Does this really, cosmically speaking, matter?"
T: "It bothers me."

I should note that the shower curtain is cloth, with a plastic liner for the wet side. But still. My hopes for ever understanding women have taken another hit.

Bizarre!

I had a similar conversation not all that long ago.

I don't understand it, my friend. I mean, it's not as if a steamy shower combined with gravity doesn't get all the wrinkles out of the thing!

hmm....

I see nothing difficult to understand about Tiffany's position. Those folds are very distracting. I do the same thing.

Men! They just don't get the important things! :-) :-)

You know, after reading this conversation and comments, I had to do a check.

Nope, still female. Physically, anyway.

Hmmm... For me, it would depend on just how wrinkled this shower curtain is...

I still can't bring myself to buy cloth shower curtains (mildew central!); I doubt I'd iron them if I did.

On the other hand, I've shuffled storage containers because they didn't match the colors of the room they were kept in....
