I came by my dirty mind honestly

The headline in the print edition of the Chron for this story is "Golden Globes glow".

Directly underneath it is this picture:

So you tell me: What am I supposed to think?

I went with "ever have one of those days where you leave the entire center panel of your dress in the car door and then slip and fall into a vat of Cover Girl?"

Man, I hate it when that happens...

you're supposed to think about spending money on nicole kidman movies.

Kuff, I'd be envious that you nabbed this take on the picture/headline duo, but I've got an excuse (being the inveterate Kidman-aholic that I am) ... I totally did not give a rat's behind about mere text when I see pictures of Nicole Kidman. The English language escapes me. So what on earth were you doing reading when you had that picture to take command of your attention?

Well, I did say that the headline was above the photo, so it was just the order of things. If it makes you feel better, I didn't bother reading the story that came after both. Of course, as it was about fashion, there was little chance of my reading it anyway.

Of course, I read the newspaper for the articles. ;-)

I don't know about any of you, but I was thinking of the old Golden Grahams commercial:

"Oh, those Golden Globes", "Oh them Golden Globes".

I could also mention the old Jell-o commercials, but that's getting too silly.

See, what happens, folks? This web site has warped my fragile little mind. ;-0

You're supposed to think: "Wow, I'm sure glad she broke up with Lenny Kravitz - now I have a shot!" or something like that.

I think she looks like she's had too much plastic surgery or something. But not on those Golden Globes, which look all-live rather than Memorex.

Besides, if she'd stuffed them with silicone, you could see the incisions.

Golden? I've seen the movie. They weren't golden.

More like pale, glistening with sweat and occasionally heaving...not that I paid that much notice.

How do you spell the sound of a spit take? Insert that spelling here.
