OK, this time I mean it. I've had it with Blogger archive problems and Blogspot unreliability. I'm ready to get my own domain and move this thing onto its own server so I can run Movable Type. I would very much appreciate it if anyone with positive or negative recommendations for web hosting services would leave word in the comments or drop me a note.
I don't need anything too fancy. I'm just a guy who gets 250 hits on a good day, so something low end is probably sufficient for my needs. Reliable and reasonably priced is what I'm looking for. Thanks very much for any feedback you can offer.
Posted by Charles Kuffner on July 14, 2002 to AdministriviaCheck out FR&T. They will give you some space for free.
I have been with them for 4 years and I can vouch to say they are a hit. They are ranked #1 on about 33 diffrent sites for free webhosting and are given a 10.0 out of a possible 10 for paid hosting.
I would throw my reputation on the line for FR&T because they haven't changed their way of buisness in 4 years and that is something not most web hosts have.
Again, I would suggest buying a package because they have a bunch of free loaders on that site as the admin said about a week ago.
Go to their site at www.frandt.com and check them out. Email me back and let me know what you think about them as well.
They have a referal program, so when you sign up be sure to mention that "CHRIS" refered you ;)
Thanks and good luck!
