Very interesting article on the Trans Texas Corridor, the $183 billion network of toll roads, railroad tracks, and pipelines, and the transportation geek who actually looked at the details and figured out it's mostly a crock. Erik Slotboom has added to the conversation, but another part of the conversation is today's numbers might well not be the numbers in fifty years' time! In other words, I would hesitate to say that Slotboom's voice is the end of the conversation, or that it should be.

When are you idiots going to get it?
