To answer Greg's question about how this affects the Heflin challenge, I recall a quote from Will Hartnett in which he said that a voter who registered properly and then had his registration changed to an incorrect address without his knowledge or consent should not be disenfranchised. I can't find the cite offhand, but I'm pretty sure those votes will be counted in that race.
