Public Viewing begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Catholic Charismatic Center, 1949 Cullen, Houston, TX
Funeral Mass begins at 10:00 a.m.

Burial: 4:00 p.m., Texas State Cemetary, 909 Navasota, Austin, TX

Here's the full story from the Chron. The House is in recess until Monday out of respect. Rep. Moreno's seat will remain empty until at least September 20, which is the next Uniform Elections date and thus the first opportunity for Governor Perry to call a special election to fill his seat. Rest in peace, Rep. Joe Moreno.
