Greg did some sleuthing, discovered that the domain name was privately registered, and found some evidence of who might own it in the source code. Karl-T picked the ball up from there, and found some more evidence of who created the site. It's all pretty heavy-duty inside baseball stuff, but interesting nonetheless.
