Christof follows up on the announcement of a potential Intermodal Transit Center north of downtown by speculating on what it might end up looking like. Having read the forum discussion, I think doing this in pieces makes a fair amount of sense, as does possibly splitting it into two locations, with the other one down at Wheeler.
