The TRCC should be sunsetted

What EoW says. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's ludicrous to think that a rational profit-maximizing actor such as Bob Perry would spend as much as he does on political access without expecting to get some kind of return on his investment. Seeing him collect the returns on his investment, in a manner that clearly contravenes the public interest, should therefore come as no surprise. John has more.

As long as Bob Perry has a checkbook, the TRCC will remain firmly in place as a wall between homebuyers and their right to sue in this state and that was the sole purpose of the TRCC and remains the sole purpose of the TRCC.

And as long as people continue to buy a Bob Perry home, Bob Perry will have a checkbook. And those who do deserve no sympathy when they find themselves having to turn to the TRCC when the problems arise.

Buy beware indeed. Particularly where Perry Homes is concerned.

But the others support it as well. And they buy Democrats as well as Republicans. Just like Bob Perry does.
