Where will the stations be?

Everyone knows about the fight over where the Universities line will be. But where the tracks are is only half the battle. Christof shows why station location matters, too. Check it out.

Christof is also quoted in this This Week story about one of the Metro open houses regarding the Universities DEIS. Somewhat amazingly, the reporter managed to misspell both of his names, in different paragraphs. That sort of thing doesn’t happen to just anyone, you know.

One Response to Where will the stations be?

  1. I was wearing a nametag AND I gave her a business card. As you might expect, my name was spelled correctly on both.

She also managed to affiliate me with the wrong organization (now fixed online, but not in print) and misquote me twice (I didn’t say the University Line was going to be the keystone of transportation in Houston; I said it was going to be the keystone of public transportation in Houston.)

And she actually gets paid to do this.
