Friday random ten: The end of the line

At long last, my initial journey through my entire iTunes library is over. I think this list sums it up:

1. End Of The Line – Traveling Wilburys
2. It’s Been So Long – Wendi Slaton
3. It’s All Been Done – Barenaked Ladies
4. Final Cut – Ruby Isle
5. It’s Over – Squirrel Nut Zippers
6. Last Words – Austin Lounge Lizards
7. When All Is Said And Done – from “Mamma Mia”
8. When The Last Page Is Turned – Eddie from Ohio
9. Last One – James “Blood” Ulmer
10. Starting Over – Black Lips

Yes, starting over, to pick up the songs I missed the first time around. Most are tunes that I’ve added since I embarked on this ridiculous project, and a few are clearly songs I did listen to but apparently forgot to add a star rating to. Oh, well. This is a somewhat over the top representation of the list above, but what the hell:

Do you know more than two words to that song?

Anyway, back to the starting over, the first song on what I have dubbed by Round 2 playlist is “A. Enlightenment B. Endarkenment”, by Ray Wylie Hubbard. Finished with “Blue In Green”, by Miles Davis. That was song #98, not a bad beginning. The last A song was “Aunt Avis”, by Widespread Panic. The first B song was “B Minor”, by Ianterna. We’re going to get through the letters much faster this time around, with fewer than 20% of the songs on this list.
