More on Brittanie Cecil

More on Brittanie Cecil, the 13-year-old girl who was killed at a Columbus Blue Jackets hockey game after being hit in the forehead by an errant puck. The NHL is revisiting the issue of arena safety. The player who took the shot that resulted in Brittanie’s death is trying to cope with what happened. Doug MacLean, the GM of the Blue Jackets, attended Brittanie’s funeral, while the team is wearing stickers with her initials and had a moment of silence before their next game in her memory.

    Brittanie was a great friend! Every morinig I would see her in the halls and it didn’t matter how bad of a mood I was in, she could always make me smile. when I heard the news I mourned her death greatlt, and I still do till this day! I love you brittanie, and I hope you’re having fun in heaven. say hi to everyone for me, and wait for me!

    Brittanie was one of my best friends and i miss her so much. We had known each other since the 2nd grade and had been friends since then. I love and miss you so much britt. REST IN PEACE BRITTANIE NICHOLE CECIL.

    Brittanie was a great gurl and a great friend… She always had a smile on her face.. no matter what, she could always make you in a better mood when you were down.. she just touched you in a way that would make your heart melt, i try to visit her grave as often as possible.. she will never be forgotten.. R.I.P. Britt! I love you SO much Brittanie!!!

    Brittanie was so Beautiful! If you were in a bad mood she would always make it better. She was nice to everyone and she always gave good advice….Britt we miss ya so much..I can’t wait to see you in Heaven…Love Ya! REST IN PEACE!
