    Personally, I think it’s time for a Cabinet position called “Secretary of Snarkiness”. This person would be responsible for keeping things lively in the White House, the US and worldwide by making wise-acre comments on a regular basis. Either that or a Snarkiness Laureate, much like a Poet Laureate, expressing smart-aleck views that are respected as a national position.
