The Annals of Improbable Research (formerly the Journal of Irreproducible Results) has a blog. And they now have a contender for next year's Ig Nobel awards.

If you like the Annals of Improbable Research, you'll love this article their editor wrote for the UK's Education Guardian.

They don't name any specific leaders in the article, but it's pretty clear how our countries' current leaders would fare on their "Murphy Test."
