    WRT to the ruling on the “Affordable Care Act”, if the Democrats had had the guts to call it a tax that could be credited by buying insurance on the market, the odds of passing judicial muster would be much higher. As written, the only punishment will be to deny care, which is fine with me. Overall, the bill is a horrible piece of legislation that accomplishes little.
