Early voting for the runoff starts Monday. You can help get the vote out for Chris Bell. Among other things, you can sign up for virtual phonebanking. Having twelve Democratic Senators is a big deal and will do much good, but having thirteen really moves the ball forward – it’s a bigger cushion, it’s more seats at the table, it’s broader representation of progressive voices, and it’s a truer picture of what the electorate in Texas is like these days.
