I’m surprised to not see “Bill O’Reilly’s” take on this, especially after he apologized for blindly supporting the president.
I was also reminded of a Star Trek episode involving a poker game where the rules kept changing to suit Captain Kirk. It was one of the few episodes I remember actually sitting through, but it works here.
Ah Fizzbin. “On Beta Antares IV, they play a real game. It’s a man’s game, but a little beyond you. It requires intelligence.”
George W. Bush: Dick Cheney is telling the truth. I’m a nice man who would drink a beer with you.
The whole “guy you’d like to have a beer with” thing is what I normally rant about, so I’m terribly pleased it was included. And I agree with the commenter who said, “Best. War. Commentary. Ever.” I love the fact that it’s comical, and yet totally accurate. Fantastic.
