Alan Rosen

Concluding my series of Precinct 1 Constable candidate interviews is Alan Rosen. Rosen has worked in law enforcement for 21 years and is currently a Major and Commander of the Special Operation Bureau for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. Here’s what we talked about:

    Never been full time paid officer. He is a reserve major with no full time experience. Living in a million dollar home in bellaire ! What! Really!!

    I don’t think I want a weekend warrior being the next constable. He has no real police experience. Why would we want him.

    Sounds like he doesn’t like telling the truth, How would Sheriff Adrian Garcia feel knowing this guy is portraying himself as a Full time Major. What a Loser!

    Maybe you three should do a little more research about this candidate before you make untruthful statements about him. I personally know that he has been a full-time officer for many years in Galveston County and Harris County and a damn good one at that. Do your homework before you speak!!!

    Marc you should do your homework !!!! NO ONE AT THE SHERIFF DEPARMENT KNOWS HIM. MUCH LESS HOLD A POSITION AS A FULL TIME (PAID) MAJOR IN THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT. Maybe the joke is on you because you have been fooled by HIM. WHAT a Fake Candidate.

    Marc i don’t know how you are related to Rosen, but it’s sad that more people haven’t done their homework. He is a RESERVE and has been for most of his career. Typical politician trying to confuse the voters. I have done my homework and sounds like you are one of the confused.

    I am not related to Mr Alan Rosen, nor have I met him. But I know enough about him. Most experience and will surely clean PCT 1. He has my vote. Why vote for Cindy V, she was part of the problem at PCT 1.

    I think it’s time for the constituents to know the TRUTH about this man. Let’s be realistic a person who lives in a multi million dollar home in bellaire and wants to be the constable. Sorry not even the Sheriff, Mayor of Houston, Harris County Judge , District Judges and so on doesn’t make this type of money to live this life style. What is his profession ? Not a Major at the sheriffs office!! Please explain its not on his website . I’m confused about this candidate. Why can’t we have a debate among all the candidates ? At the end of the day I will know who I will vote for..PLEASE HELP ME TO HELP YOU

    I am a graduate of the University of Houston Central and a very active voter. I am concern about this interview because he stated that he graduated from the University of Houston with honors with a Criminal Justice degree. I know for a fact that U of H does not offer a Criminal Justice degree, maybe the downtown campus. If you were a honors graduate, you would have addressed it differently – not by saying a honors graduate.
