You can stop shooting your Yeti cooler now.

From the “Be careful what you vote for, you just might get it” department.

On the dysfunctional relationship between Lucy and Schroeder.

“Following last month’s DNA-driven arrest of a suspect in California’s four-decades-old Golden State Killer investigation, detectives on the trail of the infamous Zodiac Killer say they believe genetic evidence could provide a breakthrough.” Hey, just check it against Ted Cruz‘s DNA. That’ll do it.

“My name is Wil Wheaton. I live with chronic Depression, and I am not ashamed.”

“The Milwaukee Bucks plan to interview San Antonio Spurs assistant coach Becky Hammon for the franchise’s head-coaching vacancy”.

South Florida is so screwed by any rise in sea level.

Gregor Clegane – OK, fine, the dude who plays him on TV – is the strongest man in the world, at least for this year.

“Bottom line: Nothing is perfect, but Obamacare works fine. That is, it works fine if you put in the minimal effort it takes to administer it properly.”

“To put the point clearly, after President Trump became President, after the Russia probe and story were well underway and Trump and all his associates were repeatedly denying any collusion, Cohen was receiving regular payments of almost $100,000 a month more or less directly from a Russian oligarch.”

Baseball in London next year. Jolly good.

“This is why Paige Patterson is just about the least Baptist person imaginable. He sought to rule, and so he could not abide the inherent unruliness of Baptist polity. And so he transformed that polity, imposing hierarchy and structure and rank.”

“In a series of as-told-to conversations, two dozen Texas women talk about gender, work, and what needs to change for women in their home state.”

“That’s not progress; that’s bigotry disguised as acceptance.”

“The truth is that Trump has indeed changed the culture of corruption in Washington, in two main ways.”

“Donald Trump’s genius has always been his ability to capitalize, literally, on his fame—to use his celebrity as a vehicle to enrich himself, even when he didn’t have the accomplishments or knowledge or business prowess (or the cash) to back up what he claimed. Since his entry into politics, plenty of his hangers-on have attempted the same thing, hoping that Trump’s fame could prove their meal ticket, too. And while some of these figures have found success, several of them also find themselves in serious legal jeopardy, demonstrating once again that what works for Trump is often extremely dangerous for other people.”

“Mueller was appointed just under a year ago (next week brings the one-year mark, which will bring another round of cable news segments asking whether this has gone on too long). Starr was appointed in August 1994. Do you remember when he dropped his famous report on Congress’ doorstep? September—of 1998. Four years later.”

LOL! If I was Ted Cruz, I’d take a DNA test and categorically PROVE that I was NOT the Zodiac Killer. Think of the free media coverage he would get out of that. He would be front page news in every paper, not only in Texas, but nationwide. Epic trolling! As an added bonus, he’d have gravitas to call out Elizabeth Warren for not also taking a DNA test.

  2. Manny Barrera says:

Cruz if he did take a DNA test would not share the results as it would prove that he is not a citizen.

  3. C.L. says:

DNA tests prove citizenship ? That must be a ’24 and me’ swabbin’.

  4. Manny Barrera says:

C.L. your ignorance amazes me, you have no idea how dna works. I will make it so a 2nd grader will understand. Cruz says his dad is so and so, Cruz says his mom is so and so. Cruz biological parents are neither one according to dna. Cruz was born in Canada and his mother was not a U.S. citizen? Comprande? Still too hard, he may have been adopted or stolen at birth. He does look like he was born in Nairobi.

Then there are those that know that they don’t know, and those that don’t know that they don’t know, you are not the latter as a question mark indicates a question.

  5. Robbie Westmoreland says:

Cruz really should roll with the Zodiac joke, but he isn’t cool enough to do so.

    Weak sauce, Manny.

  6. Manny Barrera says:

C.L. woke up this morning and I apologize, there was no need for the insult.

  7. Manny Barrera says:

For those of you that are fake news watchers, why has fake news Fox not mentioned how Trump is making China great again? Some of their local stations and headlines without what Trump the Russian puppet is doing? ZTE

  8. C.L. says:

Gosh Manny, I appreciate you using short, small words to help me understand, but explain to me again how DNA results indicate citizenship. My grandparents were from Ireland, England, Germany, and France (confirmed by my own DNA test results), yet somehow I’m a US citizen. How is that even possible ? Shouldn’t I be an Irish/English/German/French citizen ? Maybe I can be an EU citizen ?

  9. Manny Barrera says:

C.L. if you were adopted than your DNA would not match your adoptive parents DNA, a baseball player was in the news recently about something similar. While Palmer knew he was adopted not everyone knows. https://www.pressboxonline.com/2018/02/28/through-ancestrycom-jim-palmer-discovers-new-relatives

Sometimes some people find out that the father was the milkman, well maybe https://www.cnbc.com/2017/12/10/dna-tests-can-reveal-paternity-surprises.html

Cruz remember was born in Canada, you were probably born here in this country, so no matter who your real parents might be you would still be a citizen of this country.

Largest part of my DNA is Native American, who knows what tribe or region but I come from the first Americans. The Second largest is Iberia which which is Spain and Portugal, followed by Mediterranean area primarily Roman and Greek.

  10. Manny Barrera says:

Do I think Cruz was adopted no, but heck those Trump supporters believe the weirdest stuff, there are always exceptions.
