I have been somewhat obsessed with the Mary Kay LeTourneau saga from the beginning. This update on her life and the life of the two daughters she had with Vili Fualaau feeds my fascination.
The Senate hearing with Brett Kavanaugh and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford was surely not what Republicans were hoping for.

As to Martin, I stopped on book four when I realized he probably was not going to finish the series of Game of Thrones. So I started watching the episodes, so I could hopefully see a finish.
Martin’s stories were getting longer and way too much sex that had nothing to do with the main theme. Like reading War and Peace with sex to distract from the fact that he was not as great a writer as he presumes to be, Like Tolkien or Frank Herbert which did not need sex to tell great stories.

Glad to hear that C.L. I have read all the Dune books by Herbert, I consider that series the best science fiction ever. Have both versions of the Dune movie and waiting for the time when the media can create the images that Herbert created in his mind.
