Congrats to the Red Sox

What can I say? The Sox played a great series and deserved to win. Congratulations to them. At least now if the Astros win as well, I won’t have to worry about getting strung up by my coworkers for disloyalty. Silver linings – gotta love ’em.

    Something to think about: How much fun would it be for the Astros to beat the Red Sox with Roger Clemens pitching the final game?

    It could happen. The way the calendar lines up, should Houston advance it looks like Clemens would get the ball for Games 3 and 7, unless Garner wanted to try him on three days’ rest again.

    It’s gonna be a good weekend to be a ‘Stros fan in NYC, even if our boys lose in game 7.
