Technorati Beta

The beta version of Technorati looks really good. It’s faster, it’s got direct links to posts that cite whatever URL you’re looking for, and it will index a lot faster. Read about it here. Via Sisyphus.

    I guess I’m Technoratti illiterate. I don’t understand why it can only find about half of the blogs that are linked to me when I plug in my site address.

    Well, they say they’re still filling out content, so that could be it. I’d wait until it becomes production before I worried too much about it.

    My blog is in a tracking twilight zone:

    Technorati tracks the links to my blog, but not the links from my blog.

    The Blogosphere Ecosystem tracks the links from my blog, but not the links to my blog.

    Ah well. Better than nothing!
