The reason why parents get gray hairs

On the one hand, I’m glad that both my children will be girls, because I won’t have to worry about stuff like this. On the other hand, I’m not happy that both my children will be girls, because I will have to worry about stuff like this. Oy vey.

I’m going to spend the next 30 minutes in a fetal position under my desk. Leave me a message and I’ll get back to you when I emerge.

    I oppose infant genital mutilation and wish that we as a society would get over our Victorian anti-masturbation fetish and reach the level of morality that the ancient greeks and romans had.

    L and I felt the same way about circumcision, and so made a choice. However, I don’t currently know what to think about the new U of Illinois study that shows that circumcision appears to lessen the risk of contracting HIV.
