Now that Faux News has dropped its lawsuit against Al Franken after a judge declared it wholly without merit, I’ve decided to reset my banner back to its original state. I’ll second Joe Conanson’s suggestion for a new slogan at Faux.

During arguments held before his ruling, Chin asked Fox lawyer Dorie Hansworth if she really believed that the cover was confusing.
“To me, it’s quite ambiguous as to what the message is,” she said. “It’s a deadly serious cover … This is much too subtle to be considered a parody.”
Too subtle to be considered a parody? Did she not see the cover of the book? This woman’s sense of humor was apparently shot off in the war.
She’s a lawyer for Fox. She sold her sense of humor along with her soul.
My whole theory on this is that Fox just WISHES people would think someone as intelligent as Franken would be assumed to be working for them. They should be so damn lucky.
